3) We acknowledge that Creative Cultural Center will exercise due care and take all reasonable precautionary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of our child. However, we hereby expressly waive, release, and discharge the management, organizers, and their representatives from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of any accident, injury, or unforeseen incident that may occur during the course of activities. We agree that the management and organizers shall not be held responsible under any circumstances.
